As a Heilpraktikerin (licensed natural health practitioner), I invoice according to the GebüH (fee schedule for natural health practitioners). Anyone can be treated by me – regardless of insurance status. The guideline rate for a 60-minute appointment is approximately €100.
Privately and supplementally insured patients can typically have part or all of the treatment costs reimbursed, depending on their policy. It is best to check with your insurer in advance about the extent to which Heilpraktiker costs are covered. You will receive a GebüH-compliant invoice from me – reimbursement is then handled directly between you and your insurer.
Patients with statutory health insurance pay out of pocket, as statutory insurers do not cover Heilpraktiker services. If you would like to change this in the long run: affordable supplemental insurance for alternative health treatments is widely available.
Self-paying patients do not need a prescription and can book any service directly. If you have questions about treatment costs and what might be suitable, feel free to get in touch by phone or email.
Payment takes place directly after the session – cash, contactless card or by invoice.
Cancellations please give at least 24 hours' notice – by phone, WhatsApp/SMS or email. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
