I am a Heilpraktikerin (licensed natural health practitioner), physiotherapist (B.Sc.), Master of Public Health (MPH) and Pilates instructor – with a focus on the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints: pain and functional disorders of the spine, joints and muscles.
A central part of my work is Dry Needling: a targeted method for treating myofascial trigger points, releasing muscle tension and reducing pain sustainably. Combined with physiotherapeutic techniques and active movement training, this creates a treatment approach that is individually tailored to your situation – not a template.

Costs
An appointment usually lasts around 60 minutes and includes anamnesis, examination and treatment. The guideline rate is approximately €100. Before we begin, we briefly discuss what makes sense in your case and what costs are likely to arise.
